Quality Control for Your Products and Orders Worldwide
Before your products leave the factory, we send an inspector directly on-site to check every detail. Defects are caught before shipment, compliance is guaranteed, and surprises are eliminated.

12% of products manufactured internationally fail to meet quality standards.
Are you willing to take that risk ?
A quality inspection serves one purpose: ensuring your products are manufactured exactly to your specifications.
At every stage of production, our inspectors verify your goods directly at the factory, ensuring full compliance before any shipment leaves.
This inspection is crucial to prevent manufacturing defects, safeguard customer satisfaction, and protect your supply chain from costly disruptions.

What is Quality Control?
Quality control ensures your products meet your specifications before shipping. Our inspectors verify compliance directly at the factory, during and after production, making sure everything aligns with your requirements.
Without quality control
- Non-compliant or defective products shipped without recourse
- Costly returns, disputes, and financial losses
- Damage to your brand reputation
- Dissatisfied customers
With quality control
- Verification at each production stage
- Defects detected and corrected before shipping
- Supplier required to fix issues before final payment
- Compliant products delivered, happy customers
On-Site Inspectors at Every Stage
Our quality experts visit your supplier’s factory — wherever it’s located. Their mission: verify every single production requirement is met. You maintain full control remotely, without the stress.

Defects Found = Immediate Corrections
If issues are detected, the supplier must correct them before shipping. We monitor the corrections to ensure everything is fixed before your goods leave the factory. You save time, money, and avoid future headaches.
Secure Payment After Your Approval
With us, you only release the final payment after full quality inspection approval. If everything is compliant: payment and shipment proceed. If not: supplier corrections are mandatory. You stay fully in control.

Strict & Transparent Inspection Standards
We apply international sampling standards (AQL ANSI / ASQC Z1.4-2003, ISO 2859-1). Each batch is inspected using clearly defined tolerance levels for critical, major, and minor defects. Our random sampling method provides a realistic and objective view of your production.

Clients Testimonials
We can't make this up, read why businesses are trusting us with their international sourcing every day.
I own a small custom furniture startup. I recently needed to import some materials from China and worked with DocShipper for the first time. Honestly, they made the whole process way simpler than I expected. My contact was super helpful, always checking in and answering my questions. It was my first import, so I was worried things would go wrong, but they handled it all like pros. Highly recommend!

My name is Ad Van Den Bosh. I am a Dutch business man cross-trading in the Far East. I reached Robert Houwayek to clear a 40HC of greenhouse equipment from Qingdao, and deliver it to Lan Krabue in no time. He suggested that I request a Form E, which I did from the supplier, and was able to enjoy a preferential tariff treatment. DocShipper, a way to help you save both time and money!

Starting a sound book publishing business wasn’t easy. I had no experience sourcing from China, but Daniel from DocShipper made it possible. He took care of everything, finding a factory, production, quality even negotiating better deals than I imagined!! He explained things clearly and eased my stress. Thanks to DocShipper, the whole process went smoothly. I’m excited to work with them again in the near future!

As a small fashion business owner, I was nervous importing my new collection from a new supplier. I didn’t know what to expect, bu they explained every step and answered all my questions without any condescension. The team was patient, knowledgeable, and efficient. The goods arrived on time and exactly like the sample. I’m so happy with how things went and will definitely rely on them for future imports.

A vice president caught up in the thick of thin things, an EXW shipment of plumbing supplies for irrigation from Eureka California to Caldera Costa Rica is definitely not what I’d like to have on my agenda. [...]This time he skillfully handled all US export formalities incl. SED/AES filing, pre-pull drayage, not to mention the sea freight from Oakland POL by a 20-footer. Everything ended up working out like a charm!

DocShipper shipped a 20- ft Milvan overseas to Laem Chabang for a customer. The team was responsible for shipping the shipping to another country. Having very little knowledge in this area, I didn't know how to organise myself . One week after my arrival on the Asian continent. Marc O. Was available at all times and nearly instant feedback. Made a stressful event much easier and he definitely knows his job.

The 5 Key Steps of our Quality Control Process
Here’s exactly how we handle quality control, from production start to shipment.
Initial Deposit
A 30% deposit is paid at production launch to secure your supplier's commitment.
During Production Inspection (DPI)
We inspect during manufacturing to catch any early deviations and ensure immediate corrective actions if needed.
Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI)
Once production is complete, we conduct a full inspection before goods leave the factory — checking products, quantities, packaging, and overall compliance.
Balance Payment After Validation
The final 70% payment is only released after final inspection approval. No payment without full compliance.
Container Loading Supervision (CLS)
During container loading, our inspectors supervise packing and securing of goods to ensure safe transportation.
